Montevideo

There are two reformed congregations in Montevideo, the capital city of Uruguay. Iglesia Presbiteriana Salvos por Gracia is the newest church plant and is in the planning stages. Iglesia Presbiteriana del Uruguay is a church that started a few years ago and organized (became self-governing) in April 2015. Though there is no formal link at this time between these two churches, both maintain informal fraternal relations with one another and hope someday, along with other congregations, to form a new Presbyterian denomination in Uruguay for the glory of God.
